Website: www.spintrim.com I was suffering from chronic shoulder pain. My doctor recommended I do exercises, but I didn't have time to go to the gym and allot time to exercising. However, I began doing some stretches at home and started moving my shoulder in circular movements, which left me relaxed and pain free, but not for long. That's when I began to think of what can I create as an exercise tool to help me incorporate this movement to relieve my shoulder pain. Hence, I invented the Spin Trim which has unique rotational motion designed to not only incorporate the exercise of your upper body muscles, but to also improve blood circulation. The exercise that has been forgotten from our PE classes during our school years has made a modern comeback. The Spin Trim has brought back the simple arm extended circular motions that were done as warm ups during PE It had benefited us then and it will benefit us now. With the society's well-being in mind I began to share my experience ! and my positive results with thousands of other people concerned with their health and well-being. I introduced my product to different communities and different groups of people. The feedback I have received from individuals have primarily been positive either from people who have been relieved of pain or from people who have experienced improvements in their health due to the better blood circulation due to the unique rotational motion.
